DROP IN FEE - $40.00

This is our standard single session drop in fee for athletes who have not signed up for a program. This is a 60 minute session for strength and conditioning. This is great for new athletes to come and try us out - first session with us is free!


Online programming specifically designed for you, weekly check ins, 24/7 access to coaches, videos to follow along to and so much more. 


Athletes can attend as many sessions in a month as they like. Payments are scheduled for 1st of the month. These athletes take priority for booking.


This is our standard session fee. A 45 minute mix of yoga and mobility to promote optimal function and reduce risk of injury.


Please e-mail to inquire and discuss all details. Both strength training and yoga/mobility are available. In person and virtual sessions are available. Pricing varies.

Vanessa is an amazing trainer, she really cares about her students and will go through walls for them to achieve their goals. She is a very down to earth trainer that caters to your specific needs as a player. She also has a very good stretching program/class and makes very good workouts!
